I am writing regarding Fuad Hasanov`s Payoneer account. He created a new account.But passed more than 17 days, you still have not given him a payoneer account. You wrote to him that you have a pyoneer account.But he has not an account. One year ago he tryed to create an account. But he had not written there his bank account`s details. So this account is uncomplete. When he wants to sign in there appears such a sentence: one or more details is not correct.So this account is not possible to use.Please close his first, uncomplete account and give him a new payoneer account.
