Very disappointing and bad behaviour of Payonner

I personally feel that Payoneer has just kept puppets on helpline who can just repeat the system status than resolve if , this is the case why have humans an IVR would have done the same too. Its like the second month my account is in review I have made around 50 + calls Sent like 10 plus reminders on email but really they have no one to respond back below is my email which after a month of being disturbed I sent them to which I still have not received any answer;
Below email was sent on 1st I have the call recordings and the chats if any one wish to see they can I really feel sick with Payoneer being so bad-

I am really frustrated with Payoneer if you see how many times I have called and it has been almost a month now I am getting no update except a canned reply we will update you .. I have my funds which are unable to be used since a month I do belive that with such conduct you guys are not making a very good impression this is no way to treat one of old customers with ZERO response its highly unprofessional.
Appreciate to get a response on my card status and my account that what is the status of it now I have been patiently waiting for a very long time. I am barely getting any response to emails I send or the calls I make

    p-s on a strange side they did issue me a new bank account of EU but what am I suppose to do when I have no rights to spend or withdraw my hard earned money to my bank?
