Payment request failed and second one under process

Hello,
I sent a payment request on 14th September 2020. It was paid by that person via Credit Card and was "being processed" till 21st September and on 21st September I received an email from Payoneer that the payment failed because some details were not provided on time. There was no mention of what details were not provided.
I sent another payment on 21st Step of same amount and the person again paid via Credit Card and now it is "being processed" till today. I am confident that it will again fail because I sent a payment request to the same person on 12th August and it was paid through Credit Card and was deposited the same day without any problem.

Kindly please help me and let me know what is the problem so I can communicate with that person.
