Can't change my payment method from Bank transfer to Prepaid Card (already activated)

My problem is I want to change the payment method from one of my Funding Sources, from bank account to a prepaid card which I already have activated.

I spoke to my funding source's customer support and they said it's up to Payoneeer to change the way I'm receiving the payment. I tried calling Payoneer's customer service, and they say they can't take my call right now. I contacted them via Support center message, and they say I don't have a prepaid payoneer card yet, and that I need to earn at least 30 USD in order to add one.

Which, again, I already have a Prepaid Card attached to my account and activated.

Please help.
