Kindly help!!!! My withdrawal request is pending

Hi, I made a withdrawal request days ago and I didn’t get a confirmation email for days, later on requested for the transaction to be canceled yet I didn’t receive anything.

I’ve tried reaching out through emails, live chat and even social media yet nothing turned up.
I never knew payoneer services was this awful and now the tension caused by you people is already settling in.
What else can I do? I need to withdraw this money either to my recepients account or personal account
