Removing old payoneer with a new account

I had an issue with the previous payoneer account. I made it through fiverr. It had issues linking with my fiverr account for payments. So to resolve the issue, i was asked to make a new payoneer account using my national bank account with a new email and then link it with my fiverr later. So i made a new payoneer account a while ago and got an email saying i already have an account and to fill a short survey as to why i applied for a new account. That survey link is not opening. I need to remove my old payoneer account and get this new account up and running because i need to withdraw money at the earliest

How can i resolve this? I'm in urgent need of money in my fiverr account. Please help
