Change Company Info/Re-register


I as I am changing the company I want to use my principal e-mail address with, I have made a request to see if I can simply update my account info with the new company details and documents. However, my ticket has bee nautomatically closed instead of a response.

I cannot find anywhere in the support center how can I update my account or how can I delete it so that I can register again using the same email address.

I would kinly ask for your assistance.
