Payment pending for a month despite all ID approved

I have a payment that has been pending since August 31 and uploaded my own info as well as my payer’s personal ID (it’s crazy that they even asked for that) a day later. Now 4 weeks have gone by and despite calling customer service twice every week I have never received a reply in 3 business days like they promised. Apparently customer service said it’s all been approved but they couldn’t figure out why it’s still pending and there is nothing they can do.

Wondering what my options are at the moment as they don’t let you close the account and I couldn’t submit any email enquiries or use the online chat. This is already taking too much of my time and I’m on my wit’s end. Is there really no where to complain?

    I have just lodged a complaint with the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I suggest all members here affected should do the same. Eventually Payoneer will have to respond.
