Payoneer is taking time and cancelling transactions

I have been receiving funds from an payoneer account to my payoneer since year and nothing problematic happened. today is just out of no where cancelled the funds during transaction. i applied for transaction again and it is now taking forever.
Payoneer has worst customer care center they charge from us and they don't provide assistance on time when its crucial
