Recived Payment by Fiverr in my Expired card what should i do now ?

My dollar transferred by fiverr into payoneer card but when i login my payoneer account the balance showing in my expired card :neutral: Please help i already email and create ticket but not clear reply i got .anyone knows about this issue ?

Same here, no answer from support. I've got 700 usd stuck on my Payoneer account.

Hi there!

Sounds like you will need a new card. Depending on how long ago the card expired you can order a new one from your account under "Settings" - "Payoneer Cards". Select the card and click order new. If you do not see this option please contact our Support Team for assistance with ordering a new card.
