Global Payment Service is not enabled in my account

though I contacted the team service of Payoneer, they promised to solve the problem, but so far nothing happened. I recommend Payoneer company to respect the clients and solve their problems instead of keeping them waiting for no benefit.

    i asked alot of people how to find the "Routing number" of my account and they said that i should go to
    "Receive Menu" then "Global Payment Service"
    but here the problem that i cant find "Global Payment Service" choice .. i have just "Mass Payout Companies" and and "Request payment" thats can't help me to find my account information like Routing number ..
    so thats my "Customer ID 38387860"

    My friends told me it took them only 2-3 days to get account approval. Mine is still pending from August 27, About 1 month and getting automated responses for any question. Why is this? Who can help me? May be good to explain why it takes longer.

    Hi, today the company enabled this service in my account, you better call them instead of sending messages. they will solve it in a week.
