DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PAYMENT YET

Hi there, Anyone here can help me, because last sept 24, I transferred my available balance from my BITSAFE to PAYONEER account but until now, it is not reflecting in my payoneer, what happened? Even in the upcoming payment, I can't see anything there.
