How to get the Pioneer Card (it's say's I'm not legible even though I have 2k+ USD on my account)

Hello.

I’m trying to get a Payoneer card, with which I can make payments.

When I go to Settings -> Payoneer cards, my account says that “
You'll be able to order a Payoneer card once you receive payments of 100.00 USD (or equivalent) to your account.”. However, there’s 2000+ USD on my account right now.

I want to get a physical or virtual card to make payments (usually for SaaS subscriptions that we use for our startup).

Let me know please how I can do it. I cannot find how to make my account eligible and how to create a physical/virtual card.
