I have been trying to call and live chat, nothing is available. I sent two emails last week regarding my issue and another one today. I tried to call but the OPEN "button" is not active so I can't get through. Also, the live chat was changing waiting time every 3 -4 minutes, I waited for over half an hour and there was no one available to talk to.
I really need to sort this account out, please can you help!?

    Valentino_Payoneer how to send a private message? What email? I've been moving around here on community and been ignored as many other. There is no other way but to comment and wait for someone to notice you. I'm using Payoneer for years and now after address confirmation need to wait for approval on already active card? How long? Three business days are passed last week and as many other I have payments on hold.
