payouts with teespring

I can't initiate payments from teespring for some reason its greyed out. Teespring said it was an issue with my Payoneer account and verification.

    If the payout option is not available on the payer's side, it can be because your account is not fully active for some reason. Please check requirements in your verification center.

    I have submitted every necessary document again but i am waiting the approval for about since 24th I haven't received any emails what can I do to know the status of my application. Please advise. Thanks in advance customer ID: 39737359

    I have no open requirements and my history has two requirements under review for the last 2 years. Is this a representation of poor service or fraud? I have had cash waiting in Teespring for about 2 years now that I eventually stopped using Teespring and stopped pursuing the venture all together because I have no useable PayPal due to my country location and Payoneer support seems poor as I cannot connect to anyone via live chat and the messages always provide useless auto-replies.

    Everytime I saw a post in the forum about someone getting their problem solved. the only thing that comes to my mind is bot. It seems there is no real connection between the one being part of the support center and the ones who can make things really move.
