How to receive EUR payment via Global Payment Service?

Hello,
I attempted to receive payment from a German company via Global Payment Service and I used Payoneer's German bank account to receive funds, however, the payment was declined.
The client used SEPA payment.
How to receive payments via Global Payment Service at the EUR account correctly?
