Removing a funding source

Hi, I hope you all are doing well. I want to remove a funding source named Fiverr and add a new Fiverr funding source. I contacted customer service to remove but I received an automated reply that there are no funding sources associated with my account but in reality I still have a funding source with my payoneer. I request payoneer to please help me. My customer ID is 23236185.
