Missing funds!!!!

Hello! How can i trace missing funds? I tried to cash in using Gcash last September 29 and I was deducted but i did not received my money????? You even send me 1 confirmation email but that's just part of my withdrawn amount not the whole amount deducted to my account???? payoneer id is 3631983. Please hope to hear from you soon. I already called Gcash and they told me that tgey did not received any payment from your end payoneer.
