Card Expired and Can't Order New One

I haven't used my Payoneer account for more than a year. Now, my card expired and there's no option to order a new one. I understand that my account has been suspended, but how can I activate it now?
I really need to use the Payoneer card for a new client. I need to order a new card.

I have been sending support messages but I haven't received any response AT ALL.

Please help.
