Request Payment as a freelancer

Hi There, I am confused regarding requesting payment as a freelancer. My Customer ID 28108389. And currently, on the new project, I am not working through any platform. How can I request a payment from my employer? I have all the necessary info from them but when I request payment trough my Payoneer account it is asking me to provide information about my business. When I try to register on Make a Payment it says that my email address already exists (because I have a Payoneer account) and that I need to contact Payoneer. Please advise.
