All Support Cahnnels are Disabled for My Account!

Hello, there.
I'm trying to reach out to the Payoneer support team over phone call/chat/email, however, I can't.
The chat is keeping getting canceled, via email ticket support, having auto-respond, and over the phone call, saying that your account is not qualified for the phone support!
Could anyone, please tell me what's going on with my account?
