Global Payment Service is not enabled

Hi there,

I opened a Payoneer account like a week ago, thing is my Global Payment Service is not enabled, I tried contacting support via live chat and I'm getting "canceled chat", I also tried sending a message to Payoneer via contact us but all I get is an automated response.

Could you please help me out? Thanks in advance

    Hi. I am not seeing Global Payment Service' under my 'Receive' menu either. I hope you can get this sorted soon for myself and the person who posted here. My Customer ID is 39860480. Have a blessed day.
