My verification documents are pending from months and customer support don't reply

Hi, I'm really having hard time dealing with payoneer customer support. My documents are under review for about 4 months. Payoneer customer support barely responds. Chat doesn't work. Calling doesn't work. Tried multiple times to reach out customer support via support center but no one responds. I can't send payment requests to anyone, can't get a new payoneer card, can't do nothing. This is worst type of experience from any customer service in my life. Extremely down and still waiting if I can reach out to any manager so I can get any help. 0 star customer service.
