Why My Payment Still in Processed?

My client send me payment on 29 september but my payment still in Payment being Processed and pending.Please fix this problem.

    I have the same problem, did you manage to contact the support in the chat? I don't have the chat option on my end!

    My Global payment service questionnaire and my business profile are still under review for 4 days now and my payment is still pending and isn't reflecting my account. Can someone explain to me about this?
