My card was disabled for inactivity

I can't activate my card. I can't login into my account.

 

Also, I can't retrieve or reset my password, as my e-mail address is not recognized by the website. The error message says Wrong details once I have entered my e-mail address.

 

I can´t submit this question via website e-mail form, as it remains ever saying that I must select my country. I'm from Argentina.

 

Please, tell my how must I proceed in order to be able to activate my card.

    Your account is enabled, however the card is disabled due to inactivity. If you had the right password you would be able to sign in and enable your card.
