Account is still not verified and its past 3 business days and other concerns

Please check my account is still not approve and its already 5 business days. The account is registered with this email [email protected] and customer ID 40059059. Tried contacting and trying chat support but it usually gave me a cancel status and also tried contacting through customer service using my friend customer ID since my ID will just give me a voice prompt to connect to the support center online and the lady just told me to change my security question and call back. Once I did and still using my friend's customer ID I was no longer can access the customer service prep and want me to connect to the support center online.
