Cant create a Payoneer account

I live in Brazil and I"m trying to register at Payoneer to receive payments from Fiverr. But When I type my celphone I dont receive de confirmation code.

I tried, diferents way to write, diferrent celphones, and asked to make me a call.

None of that worked.

Could someone help me please?
