No payment since july

I am an Amazon affiliate. I was sent payment by Amazon in July which I never received. After a month of investigation, Amazon said the payment has been returned by Payoneer (actually the First Century Bank that Payoneer uses as an intermediary ). Payment was to be received in my USD account

I then sent Amazon my EUR Payoneer account, payment hasn't received in this account either.

Amazon says the receiver (Payoneer / First Century Bank) is marking this payment as 'undeliverable'.

Contacted Payoneer and no response on this issue for weeks.

Anyone facing similar issues? What should be done. Payoneer, will you please escalate this issue please ?
