CARD DID NOT ARRIVE

Hello,

I wrote to inform you the last time that my card had not arrived since June.
I got your response and thank you for that.
My unarrived card is really hurting my business because I have not been able to run my business since may because of my payoneer card that did not arrive.
I may be needing a new one free of cost, since it is not my fault that I didn't get it.
It can be sent to same address as before.
