Wrong Details

I'm trying to confirm my details to reissue new card.
1. Under "16 digit card number:" - I put my old card number
2. Under "Enter your password" - I put password which I use to login on payoneer
3. Date of birth - my birthdate.
And I receive message WRONG DETAILS!!!
Now I have one more try.
Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong?
