Manage currencies issue

Today I wanted to manage currencies, i.e. transfer funds from GBP to EUR.
I transfered 50 GBP to EUR, but the money are not yet there to the EUR account. The GBP account is short for 50 GBP. The Transactions section states that the transaction has been completed, but it looks like the money has disappeared mid-air.

I am trying customer support, but i'm stuck trying to find an available agent for two hours now.
