Returning user account and card blocked

Hi,

I have used payoneer ago sucessfully and it's been a couple of years since I had last used it. So I wanted to resume my freelance work and after resetting the password I was able to log in but I see my account blocked and my mastercard too. The message says it was replaced by another one but I had also moved since last use and now I have changed my billing address but I cannot find a way to request a new card and the account to be unblocked. I have tried to contact the support but I either get an automatic message or I cannot conect to a support people on the local phone.

Can you please help me?
