Amazon payments not showing on my account

Hello there,

Amazon sent two payments to my account in May and another this October, till now, none of them are seen on my account. My account recently got verfired.

Please help, another payment will soon be arriving and i don't want it to hang either.

I hope any member of the team will assist me on this. Thanks
