I have submitted my National ID on 18th Sept still it is under review, why?

I have submitted my National ID on 7th May it was rejected then again I submitted 18th Sept still it is under review, I request to please consider it, I have sent an amount from fiverr I want to use it in purchasing.

Fiverr asked me about resubmit requirements, I have submitted, now again waiting.0

Same case is with me .I submitted ID they rejected it after waiting the period of 15 days and then i again submitted it but it is still under review0
