NATIONAL ID STILL UNDER REVIEW
I passed my requirements on October 1, 2020 and up until now it's not verified. I also saw in our community that there are many of us with the same situation filing complaints against this concern. I already failed to create my invoice for this month because my provider said that my account reflects as "inactive" due to additional requirements problems which means that I won't be getting my payment this month and I don't want this to happen again to the next month and so on. Please resolve this issue immediately. Thank you.
