My Payoneer card is not yet arrived. I am unable to make request or do Live Chat please Help!!!

I was order my card 3 months ago but did not received it. I also order my card 2 more time but all in vain. I contacted live support one time and they said I have to give address proof, I uploaded my Driving License that they not accepted that. Now I am trying to contact support by making request or doing a live chat but they are no responding me. I made several request but nothing happen. Please Help Me in this
