MY CARD IS BEING CLOSED BUT I NEED IT TO STAY OPEN

Hey guys. I got an issue and hoping the community can help me solve this.
Backstory: I am a freelance designer. last year after being in a long hiatus, I asked for a new card as I was planning to start again. but COVID happened and I was effected as well. I have been out of commission for last 3 months and was very weak health-wise.

But now I want to start. And today the email arrives saying: " We have noticed that there has been little or no usage of your Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard® card ending in XXXX in the past six months. Therefore, to better suit your needs and to avoid unnecessary fees, we are planning to close your card."

I have tried to contact help, didn't work. live chat kicks me out and automated answers are not helping either. Can anyone here help me in the right direction to request to cancel the card closing order?
