USD balance BLOCKED on my account

I tried to reach out to @payoneer because I see my USD balance blocked on my account. When I click on it I can still see the account and bank information, but I cannot request a payment through the platform.

I tried to create some tickets, but I keep getting automatic replies from Payoneer and NO help at all!
I tried calling and they said that I have no phone support for my account!
I need to get payed and I don't know how to contact PAYONEER!

What can I do?
Do they need to validate some other information I am not aware of?
