I did it for the first time 3 days ago.
Verified my account on eToro, the choose credit card payment.
I wasnt sure about the commision, so I selected to deposit 1000 in eToro, just filled up the normal stuff for a credit card payment and account was founded a couple seconds later, then as always in Payoneer the payment was peding for a couple days.
Keep in mind, for a $1000 deposit in eToro, Payoneer took $1018 from my account, so a 1.8% commision. I was expecting to see the normal 1% tarif and I cant find anyway why in this case it was almost double.

Now Im about to try a wire transfer, just added eToros bank accound (based in Australia) and its pending review in Payoneer.. if they approve it, I'll try again with another 1000 to see what happens.
EDIT: as soon as I posted this, the bank account was approved. In order to transfer 1000 to eToro, Payoneer's fee is $20.41... So I think I'll skip it and just use the credit card, which only takes a couple seconds and its a bit cheaper.

using Payoneer card in etoro doesn't affect your Payoneer account?
because Payoneer rules said that they don't receive or deposit money in brokers.

if it's work safe, please let me know because i wanna join etoro too

The card is not meant to work on eToro but some users have had success. Those types of transactions should be declined at this point especially with the new card issuer (us).

Sending funds to an eToro bank account will not work regardless, and it will not work to send funds to Payoneer from eToro.
