Hello, I tried to contact you many times via support center & twitter, but no one answered.

1. What's wrong with my account?

2. When I connect a service, I get a message that my account is not yet active. Is it because the card has not been received?

3. Since 2013, the card has not arrived. Are you guys kidding me?

4. Why are you guys so hard to contact?

5. I read related articles. Your advice, I create a new account. So, I tried to create a new account with a different email, but you refused and blocked it.

6. What's wrong with you?
