I made a typo in my name.

I've been working on creating an account and then I realized that I made a mistake on my account name.
My name should be VAN LE NHAT (VAN: first name, LE NHAT: surname)
I screwed up and input it as LE LE NHAT
I sent a contact us request with my passport attached but the auto reply told me that they couldn't solve it at the moment.

Please help, my account has been registered to a company, I can't receive my payment with this.
