Can not attach documents to payment request

I am trying to attach my invoices to my payment request. Payoneer recently approved my global business account, I thought this might fix it but it still does not work. I just get a red error icon for any file i try (pdf, jpeg). Anyone else have this problem? Tried chrome, firefox, nothing works.

    Try to clear your cache/cookies. Another way is using an incognito browser.
