Amazon Payment not showing up

I have added Payoneer's US Account Details as the Deposit Account in Seller Central but my Payments are neither showing in upcoming payments, nor are they landing in account. This has happened second time consecutively that Amazon initiated a payment to my Payoneer but it failed. And it has been more than 3 weeks since the first payment failed.

Can someone tell why could this be happening?
