transfer payment under review

Yesterday morning I made a payment to a company by bank transfer to Bancolombia for a service with limited spaces, the status of the transaction is under review but I never received an email confirming that the payment was being processed, nor nothing like that. More than 24 hours have passed and it remains the same, however, it is very likely that I will no longer be able to receive the service because the quotas are running out and the money does not enter the company account to be able to register.

I would like to know if the payment was never sent, why not receive any confirmation email, or if it is normal for that to happen. In addition to that if I can still cancel that payment before it is late and I do not receive a refund.
