How to cash Paypal balance without a bank account?

Hello! I'm in a very particular situation, and I hope to find some guidance here.

I'm from Argentina, but I'm currently doing my lockdown in Perú. I don't have a bank account (more of this later) here, so I'm wondering how to cash some of my Paypal balance.

It will take about two months of bureaucracy to get my "inmigration card". —which is required to open a bank account here in Perú.

I don't mind paying slightly higher commissions since I'm here all by myself, and I need cash —urgently.

Any ideas? Thanks!
