Why my USD balance is blocked?

Hi,

I did not use my payoneer account for couple of years.
I'm planing to use it again for receiving some montly funds but my USD balance is blocked and i do not have any option to contact support.

Do you know why this happen and how i can unblock it?

    You need to call them. I call them and they fix it immediately.
