Balance blocked and upcoming transaction pending since Sep 22

Hi Payoneer team. I have not used my account for a long time and my card has expired and my balance is blocked.

I have an upcoming transaction which has been in the pending state since September 22. My client will be issuing a new transaction next week and this is a short project, so I would like to be certain that I have secured the payment before everything is over.

My customer id is 16939232. Thank for letting me know how to move stuff forward if there is any thing I have to do on my end to unblock my balance and also get that current transaction in completely

    Hi Efleurine,

    The same is happening to me and when I call customer service they do not want to give me more information about what is happening with my account. They only tell me that the payment department is going to contact me and I've been waiting for more than 1 month to release my money.

    I have sent $180 from fiverr on 29 February 2020 but payment still pending. I send message from my payoneer account but i don't receive any answer, just auto reply. and for that i need to Online live chat to talk directly with support team, but i dont have this option when i enter to https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/Contact_us.
    Please help me.. What can i do now..??
