Credit card payoneer problems

I ordered a credit card through my payoneer account on September 30th. In the email they sent me it says the request is being approved and they will give me a response in 03 days. I specify very well ... 03 days. It is October 10 today, and still silence. Always total slowness with payoneer. The service is very good ... but a slowness is not possible. Even for the validation of my account after creation, it took over a month. My question is simple. When can I expect a response for my credit card order, and approximately when I can collect it? ...
