Hello, I am trying to withdraw my earnings from fiverr but this after verification and everything, it leads me to the error page https://pubs.payoneer.com/Error/ErrorPage.html?err=137-20201010-14524

Link fiverr gave me after verification was this >> "https://www.fiverr.com/local_bank_transfers/new" which directs me to the error page

Please guide me what is the problem and how can i fix it.
