I can not preform "Request for payment"

It completed my profile ew hours ago and wanted to requst for payment. It is on:
"1. Business Profile - Submitted" but I can not continue.
What should I do? there is no customer service to contact.

    Dear Laura,

    I did it but somehow it asks me to provide the business profile which I already did. Since it is not possible to attach screenshot I pased the content of the message on the "Request a Payment" page.

    Line 1- Provide us with the documents listed below. Then start requesting payments.
    Line 2 - Why we ask for these documents?
    Line 3 - 1. Business Profile Submitted.

    I hope my question is clear enough.
